Create an order in minutes. Use it for the whole job.
Planlogi makes order management fast, standardised and repeatable. The system already knows your customers, addresses and prices, so most orders are a copy and a date change. Enter one once, and planning, the driver app, the eCMR and the invoice all read from it.

The order comes in
Enter a new order, copy a similar past order, set up a recurring order, let your customers enter orders from customer portal or import from Excel. The customer and address database suggests the addresses, contacts and other details.
Step 2
Every order standardised
Loading and unloading with time windows and contacts, cargo in pallets, LDM, kilos and cubic metres, references, waybill details, the agreed price and the driver’s notes. The same structure for every order.
Step 3
Order info feeds the rest of the workflow
Planlogi’s order module feeds the data directly into the planning board, the driver app, the eCMR, the POD and the invoice. The address you typed at order entry shows up on the eCMR.

Unplanned, planned, cancelled, en route, delivered, all orders sit in one list, sorted by date, customer or whether they’ve been invoiced or not.
