With an eCMR, you can send shipments on their way conveniently and without paper, and follow their progress interactively. There is no need to chase documents or send them to accounting: the eCMR application does that for you.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the project is to create a compliant eCMR application by the deadline set in the regulations. As a result of the project, paper documents will no longer need to be handled. Implementing the eCMR project saves time for everyone involved in the process and saves natural resources by cutting paper use. Going forward, the eCMR will give the customer, the carrier and the freight forwarder a better overview of how shipments are moving. All parties to a transaction will have access to its history, and competent authorities will have direct access to the information required by law. For the public sector, the eCMR makes it possible to check documents online without stopping the truck, speeds up inspections and produces better statistics for the logistics sector.
